Information / Backstory

Theo was born and raised in Toronto (pronounced “Toronno” by the locals), and he had lived his entire life there before he moved to New York after his senior year in high school. He met Lars in second grade, and since neither of them fit in,(Lars was one of the few Black children in Theo’s school), they became good friends. Theo and Lars became increasingly different throughout the years, as Lars grew more popular and Theo became more reclusive. (Theo has never had a girlfriend. Lars has had over six.) However, they both took a computer programming course in their sophomore (Second Year) of High School, and since Lars’ father worked at gridco, Lars was able to get Theo and Himself internships. He has always enjoyed fantasy books, so when he discovered the underground fantasy world showed to him by Katrina, he felt like all his fantasies had come true. Unfortunately, the world was not a storybook. It’s a real place, where everything isn’t always pleasant.
