Hey guys! Text will be shorter this week, as it’s finals week and I have work I need to do. I’ve managed to do a bit of side art of Katrina, and I think this is the current most accurate drawing of her appearance. I’ve posted it below, and I might make some art of other characters who haven’t gotten love recently. In the story side of things, this scene is a sort of calmer bit in between two exciting / darker parts, and is mainly to learn a little more about the relationship between Akila and Kat, and how Theo fits into it. I can’t say much, other than that Katrina is very, very dear to Akila, with her being the only human she’s ever romantically loved in her entire lifetime of thousands of years. Kat doesn’t mind that Akila is thousands of times older than she is though. They’re very good friends.
