Whew! finals done! Now, with that out of the way, I can get to a few things I’ve been keeping under the rug.

First off: I made a 3D model of Akila! It was for one of my finals, which was nice – but I’m actually amazed how well she translated into 3D, especially given how she isn’t entirely human – looking, making it a lot more likely for her to end up looking creepy and falling into the uncanny valley. I know Akila isn’t drawn with ear fins, but thats more because nobody has ears, and I’ve said before she canonically has them in this form. The pictures are big, so they screw up the text formatting, so I’m just putting them below.

Secondly, I feel there’s been some confusion – or at least lack of explanation – on how some magic stuff works, e.g. andromeda thinking the place was deserted, the whole illusion with the fort not being there, etc, so I’m working on a bit of lore text that should help explain stuff. Hopefully, it will be out soon.
