What, you thought I’d show you what Violet’s face looked like? TOO BAD.

I’ve been working on improving my shading and the figures of the charicters, and I think the last panel turned out well. I also really like the greyscale effect in panel 5. I don’t know why, it just fits the mood.

 

PS: Bonus points on figuring out what kind of sword Violet has. It’s made of calcite, (think teeth), and is self sharpening. it is based off the teeth of a sea urchin, which have microscopic layers, that when one flakes off, a new, razor – sharp layer is underneath.
