… And now you know the reason why they have a guard and a password system. It’s for their own safety. Also because of all the lore I’ve been spewing, the cave dimension has its own page now! YAAAAY!  Don’t worry. I’ve got more lore. For example, take a look at this little guy:

Ok, anyway, he’s something called an “octoid beholder”. (For those of you who don’t know, beholders are these big, one – eyed squid monsters that are the stuff of nightmares), but this guy only eats small fish, and is about the size of a dodgeball. (He’s around 4 inches in diameter). The worst he could do is bite your fingertip off, and you’d have to stick it in his mouth for him to do that, and he’d probably choke on it and die. So don’t do that.

They’re actually delicious, and are a widely eaten dish in Yggdrasil. (You can get them fried, raw, alive, on sticks, sauteed, broiled, broiled, toasted, charred, disintegrated, whatever.)  They original place they lived is unknown, but now there are farms of THOUSANDS of these guys in Yggdrasil.
