Akila is by far the most fun character to me to draw, but also probably the hardest. I get a lot more freedom designing outfits and experimenting with anatomy, but her inhumanness is a double edged sword, as I also have to make sure she doesnt look too humanlike. It’s astonishing the amount of times I have to redraw her and “correct” her face and anatomy to purposefully draw it wrong.

…Also, she’s cute.
