Happy Halloween everyone!

Now with my sudden compulsion to post gifs of dancing spooky skeletons satiated, we can get to the real bit of conversation. That said, I can’t believe how well this worked out; with the main antagonist and Theo finally meeting on the spookiest night of the year, but sometimes you get lucky. I don’t have anything special like an animation. but since I’ve been working extra hard trying to make sure the pages look just right. Also, you may remember how I said Akila was the hardest character to draw. I guess I was wrong. The Lady in White (as I’ve taken to calling her) is even harder to get right than Akila. It’s more or less the same reason – their face is really easy to screw up: you need to make sure the eyes aren’t too far apart, and that the nose isn’t too long, and that her glasses are the right size (yes, those are glasses), etc. On the character herself: Without giving too much away, I will say she’s not unlike some classic Halloween movie villains: Always seemingly one step ahead of the heroes, impossible to run from, and scaring the bejeebeus out of them. Can’t say much more, other than she’s not the type to go away anytime soon.
