Ok, so there’s the picture I’ve been warning people about.  This is about as graphic as the comic gets, but for spoiler reasons there may not always be the month of forewarning that was given this time. However, there will be the message you saw above. Also, I don’t want to get spammed with messages along the lines of “I showed this to my five year old daughter and she read it and now she’s DEAD!!!!”, mainly because I feel like I gave PLENTY of warning in case you didn’t want to see this. Thanks.

So yeah, this is why violet’s kinda messed up in the head. (although, honestly, being kidnapped, drugged, tortured and mutilated would be enough to scar even the most mentally hardened of people). I’m not going to go into details about why she didn’t die from blood loss, but lets just say it wasn’t a very refined method of patching wounds. (If you really want to know, look on the table on the last page. You probably can figure it out from that.)

Circe (Not her real name), the lady above, is one of the coolest – looking characters in the comic, at least in my opinion. The only problem is she won’t be on very many pages at all, which makes me think I’m wasting one of my coolest costume designs.  She’s also an attempt at making the characters look different than each other (at least in body shape) – Her hips are meant to be a bit wider than most of the other female characters, and she has a bit larger chest than other female characters. She’s also rather short – around 5′ 4″ without shoes on (she wears those black, height – enhancing boots that make your feet stand two inches higher than the floor.) The red hair stripe was also a sort of afterthought – I remember I posted concept art of her a while back, and her hair was smaller and lacked the stripe. Also, for some reason, she’s not wearing her cape on this page – I will admit I forgot that. Don’t worry – I’ll add it back in in her next appearance.
