So technically this is the first page of Chapter 8, even though I haven’t had the big chapter header yet. There’s going to be another page in this dream sequence before I put the big “CHAPTER 8” in the page. Just an FYI: Something in writing I really dislike is when the author makes some major event happen and later dislikes it. Instead of finding a way to work with the story, they just make it all be a dream and ruin any impact that scene had. Just a note: If I ever have a character dreaming, I will note it by showing them sleeping or state it somewhere, like this. I don’t want to be like “Nope that was all a dream – didn’t happen”.

As promised, I bought Battletech, and, again, as promised, I made my player character Davis. Here he is:

Honestly, this is a lot what I picture Davis looking like, with the exception of the weird flight suit thingy. I’ll do a full review sometime, but all I’m gonna say for now is it’s a bunch of fun.
